History with Windermere since 2009
For over twenty years, Tara has been working in the service industry, dedicated to making sure people have the best experience possible while they are under her care. She has taken that attitude to real estate and has affiliated with Windermere Real Estate/ Bellevue Commons, Inc. which she feels hold similar high values and standards of care in their business.
Tara has consistently helped her clients successfully achieve their objectives for which she has been hired. She approaches each situation she is hired for with this basic relationship and goal in mind. She can only help her clients achieve this when she has their trust and respect for her abilities and guidance, which is paramount to her.
Awards and Education
Tara has been awarded the Five Star Professional Title seven times now, given only to the top five percent of her industry for her customer satisfaction and superb service in real estate. It is her goal to continue this exceptional service record and help her clients succeed in their goals.
She has had extensive training and education above and beyond that of most real estate professionals in order to be well equipped to handle even the uncommon transactions, negotiations, or unexpected situations that may arise. She is experienced with Short Sales, REO's (or foreclosures), HUD properties, "For Sale By Owner" situations, as well as the traditional sales.
Tara has earned her MCNE (Master Certified Negotiation Expert) designation in real estate which enables her to help create the best outcome for her clients in any negotiation. There are only a few hundred agents nationwide with this expertise, and she is thrilled to be one of them! Most recently, she was a member of the first class to graduate from their CRA (Certified Results Agent) training, and will be working on a better way for the industry to practice real estate. Through higher education and training, Tara hopes to help change the real estate business for everyone!
