About Wade
Wade Wright – CEO & Founder is an active selling Broker Associate at eXp Realty. His “hands-on” approach puts him at the forefront of all aspects of real estate and as a result of his vast knowledge and experience; he has the skills to make things happen! Wade has been a top-producing real estate agent since 1988 with over 1,100 past clients and his expertise ranges from first-time buyers to sellers, to investors building their wealth. He is a master negotiator working for his client’s very best interests.
Wade and his staff are committed to helping each of their clients find solutions and achieve positive results in any given situation. Always in pursuit of fine-tuning his skills, Wade has taken numerous classes from many distinguished real estate professionals and colleges. In addition to his ongoing education, he has received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Los Angeles, and was inducted into the National Dean’s list with honors. Wade´s impeccable reputation for professionalism, diligence and integrity with his colleagues as well as his clients, has earned him several appointments including: being awarded accounts by banks to be their representative in the sale of their “Bank-Owned REO” properties and being chosen by new home builders to successfully sell their standing inventory of homes. Wade has also successfully helped many homeowners and banks by selling their over-encumbered properties through the “short sale” process.
