James, a Southern California native, is also a well-seasoned Architect and an award-winning CEO/Broker and Founder of Costera Luxury Properties, a full-service real estate brokerage providing top-notch professional real estate services to the sales and marketing of residential properties throughout Southern California.
James graduated from Woodbury University and holds a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) professional 5-year degree. James also has an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) graduate degree from The Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine (UCI).
James has been the recipient of the “Real Estate Broker/Agent of the Year” award by Five Star Professional for the 12th year (2010-2015, 2017-2022), honored for his “exceptional service and overall customer satisfaction”. Only 27 out of 41,125 Orange County real estate agents have been awarded by Five Star Professional for 12 or more years.
