"Gay Rosen is absolutely, 1,000,000%, the consummate professional agent. Her above-and-beyond approach to attention to details, including and not limited to her breadth of knowledge about the real estate industry and its ever-fluctuating pricing; aggressive (yet tactful!) ability to accept offers and negotiate accordingly; make suggestions to the seller for those "extra touches" needed to market a property so as to attract maximum interest from buyers; communication capabilities with buyers' agents and conveyance of such communications with the seller; and overall patience with, and responsiveness to, the every thought, request, and demand of the seller, couldn't be matched by any other professional in her field. Her finesse and lovely overall demeanor left this seller with the best experience possible."

"I have nothing but praise and gratitude of all that Gay Rosen did for my family. Seriously-she didn't just 'sell our house'. She took our hands and led us through the process from A to Z. This house would not have sold without her hard work, expertise, patience with our situation (long distance sale between many relatives and involving way too many lawyers) and sense of humor. She swooped in and took over every task that needed to be done, including scrubbing out the refrigerator because she didn't like the way the cleaners cleaned it. She was essential to the sale because nobody in our family lived locally. She knew every contractor, every expert that we needed to hire, and she would run over to the house to meet them and let them in, then go and make more phone calls on our behalf, then make arrangements to meet inspectors. When there were issues about what work to do, which offer to accept, she would wisely remain objective and just provide facts and statistics so we could make our own decisions. No matter how often we asked for her opinion, she would gently abstain from giving one, and just offer some more points about recent sales in the area for us to chew over. When I say that she did so much beyond the normal work of a realtor, I'm not exaggerating. We truly would not have made it through this process without her. The only reason I wish I lived in Westchester county, was so that I could let anyone know who lived there, that they would be as lucky was we were to have her leading our team and our sale."
