I am experienced handling short sales with both Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and Certified Short Sale Negotiator (CSSN) designations. I have sold and listed bank owned properties (REOs) in addition to traditional sales. I also love helping connect buyers with a property they will enjoy for many years.
