Michael Dmyterko was born and raised Oak Park-River Forest community, and he’s spent his entire life giving back to the community where he grew up. As an active volunteer and former school district employee, Michael brings a strong service ethic to his clients.
Michael has over a decade of real estate experience. In addition to being a licensed REALTOR®, he is a licensed Community Association Manager and a certified SFR® (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource).
As real estate moves increasingly online, Michael’s tech expertise gives his clients a clear advantage. But he’s also attentive, responsive and knowledgeable, committed to giving each client a very personal experience. Michael particularly enjoys working with first time homebuyers, guiding them through the complex purchase process and focusing on neighborhoods and properties that meet their families’ needs.
Michael graduated from Oak Park and River Forest High School and he has an Economics degree from DePaul University. He lives in Forest Park with his wife and two young sons, and they love experiencing all the area has to offer. When he’s not working or spending time with his family, Michael is a dedicated volunteer for Opportunity Knocks, an organization that provides resources and support to young people with developmental disabilities.
