I have been in the financial services industry for over 30 years, focusing on the mortgage industry for the past 15 years. I have closed over 1000 loans, with over $250,000,000 in closed loan volume. I have earned several top industry honors including – Perl Platinum Club, Chairman’s Club, and the prestigious Five Star Professional award from Chicago Magazine. My objective is to provide everyone that I come in contact with, with Legendary Service. My team and I stay on top of all of our files. We want to ensure exceptional service throughout the loan process for our customers and business partners which include some of the top Realtors, Attorneys, CPAs, and CFPs in the Greater Chicagoland Area. I pride myself on being accessible to my clients and business partners. I make sure that all parties are aware of where we are in the process every step of the way. I am active in my Church and I am blessed to be married to the love of my life for the past 30 plus years, Debbie. We have 3 wonderful children and 1 grandchild.
Specialties: I provide home financing for residential mortgages, including, conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and Jumbo loans. I have assisted many buyers with the various IHDA programs (First Time Home Buyer Loans). I listen to my clients’ needs and together we determine the most appropriate course of action. Many of my customers are First Time Home Buyers and repeat customers.
