I almost don’t want to post some of the things that make Jodee so great because I don’t want to encourage her future clients to be as needy as I was. Calls in the evenings or weekends. Questions on a holiday weekend that only remotely related to our future mortgage. She fielded all of it with patience, grace, knowledge and professionalism. Wow where do I begin! Jodee was referred to me by a colleague who purchased a home and she had nothing but great things to say about her.

I contacted Jodee to see what I needed to do to purchase my first home since I was tired of renting. She ran my credit and gave me several suggestions. We cannot recommend Jodee Dillon highly enough. She is the only mortgage broker/loan officer we want to work with. She was the top recommendation from our realtor, and from the initial phone call to post closing, she exceeded all expectations and service from those we have worked with in the past. Jodee is warm, dedicated, extremely organized, knowledgeable, responsive, diligent, patient, and goes the unexpected extra mile for her clients. When we started applying for our mortgage she carefully looked at our records and offered specific tips on how to improve our credit scores. And she made sure we were on track with documents, and gave us advice on getting the best mortgage for our needs. During the final days before closing when the title company chosen by the seller was completely unprofessional and unprepared, Jodee worked with our realtor to push the title company back on track, involving a manager there, so that we could close on time. This title company kept switching representatives on us, were slow to respond, and delayed ordering the survey. On the day of closing, we were not notified of the closing time until noon that day for one scheduled at 2:30pm, nor did we see the final numbers until we were at the closing table! Jodee was so concerned by their lack of professionalism, she called me and asked if we'd like her to be present at the closing via FaceTime to make sure all was okay. With her there to guard our corner, she found errors on their settlement sheet calculations and called them out to be corrected. Because of their incompetency, it took 2 hrs and 45 minutes from entering the closing room till we left and Jodee was available the entire time to make sure everything was done properly. She also sent us promised documents after closing and touched base with us afterwards. We have been so blessed and grateful to work with her and will wholeheartedly recommend her to all our friends. JODEE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Also huge plus: We got approved for our loan ENTIRELY ONLINE. My partner and I were searching for our first home for over a year. Being a first time home buyer- the entire lending/buying process was confusing. We actually went to a few different lenders and got pre-approved with them all.
