Hi - I am Tami Vincent, a licensed Realtor® in the state of Florida. I understand the frustrations and emotions that go with buying and/or selling a home especially in a fast paced Real Estate market (like we currently have in Central Florida!). I enjoy being the person who my clients can rely on throughout the entire Real Estate transaction. Since stress and emotions run high when purchasing or selling a home, I enjoy being the one my clients can lean on to get them through each step and detail of the process.
My clients comment on how well I keep them informed each step of the way and how I make myself available to answer question, explain the next steps or just talk things through.
In 2015 I transitioned from a career as a Registered Dietitian to follow my life-long passion of Real Estate and have had great success helping my clients buy and sell their homes. In my first year as a REALTOR®, I was awarded Rookie of the Year. My success has continued as 2017 was my best year yet resulting with Diamond Level Sales and receiving the award for closing the most transactions in my office! Also in 2017, I earned my Accredited Staging Professional Certificate which allows me to help my Sellers have their homes look their very best! Prior to becoming a REALTOR ®, I frequently helped friends stage their homes to for prepare them for sale and assisted them with new home searches. Now I provide these same services to my clients!
