Over the course of several months, Zoe's expert guidance and depth of knowledge helped me own a fantastic house, right at my price point. I was initially looking to buy a loft apartment but couldn't afford anything as nice as the 1-bedroom I was renting at the Pyramid Lofts in Brewerytown. I was starting to get discouraged (and had even asked to suspend our search for a while, I was tired of being disappointed! once we factored in monthly carrying charges everything I liked was out of my price range, and the places I could afford were too small or weirdly configured). When we viewed the house I ended up buying on Cambridge Street, I breathed a sigh of relief. The inspection, mortgage and closing process went without a hitch and I'm thrilled to be a first-time homeowner.

What differentiates one realtor from another? All things being equal - hard work, responsiveness, understanding, etc. Zoe’s got all that and on top of that she is the kind of person you want to be friends with, you want to work with and you want to hold your hand through this stressful process. Her attention to detail is impeccable. She handles things with ease and a smile on her face. Zoe is one of the most resourceful humans I know, able to problem solve and connect you to whatever kind of professional needed. We love her and would recommend using her to sell or buy your home.
