Deanna has been in real estate since 2002 when she was part of a large managerial layoff from a telecom company. She thanks her lucky stars every day because now she has a career that she loves! Deanna finds this business to be extremely exciting and challenging, but it can be fun too! (Life is too short to not have fun...)
Deanna has assisted hundreds of buyers in finding their perfect home. She has lots of expertise with all types of buyers: first-time, move-up, empty-nesters, and relocations. Deanna is also a power listing agent. She is dedicated to helping sellers determine their proper selling price, marketing their home effectively utilizing multiple marketing methods, and ensuring the home's best features are properly highlighted.
Deanna has lived and worked in South Metro Denver for over 40 years! She married her best friend, Erik, in 2004, and they've been living their dreams ever since. They enjoy entertaining friends and family at their home in Castle Rock. They have two dogs: Pickles the PapiPoo, and Fonzie, a big white dog who is scared of his own shadow. Deanna and her husband are saltwater aquarists and have a 50-gallon system filled with various fish, shrimp and corals. They are PADI certified scuba divers and love to explore the oceans as well as the tropical locales attached to them. Deanna's favorite non-Colorado place to be is Belize.
