1.KNOW WHAT THEY WANT.
Millennial buyers generally want suburban living instead of city living, ready access to public transportation, fast work commutes, smart homes, big kitchens as central gathering points, green energy, access to walking paths and parks and a home office. Because they are cash-strapped, millennials want move-in ready homes — not fixer- uppers.
