We will go through this process together; I'll be with you at the closing table. |
Upon completion of the University of Richmond, T.C. Williams Law School paralegal program, I began my career as a real estate paralegal specializing in New Construction. I obtained my Real Estate License to broaden my knowledge of the industry. After 13 years in this field I moved into financial services where I obtained my Series 6, 63 65, and life and health insurance licenses. I provided financial planning services to consumers until I became a small business consultant. This consulting role provided an understanding of the challenges small business owners face while seeking financing.
2006 brought the opportunity to focus on my passion - real estate lending.
Becoming a mortgage broker with Liberty in 2006 allowed me to draw on all of my previous experience to find not just the best interest rates or lowest costs for my clients, but the right product. As a mortgage broker I am able to shop among many different financial institutions to meet my client's needs.
I often work with financial planners, family law attorneys and real estate agents to find strategies and products that meet the needs of the client. I use a collaborative approach when providing scenarios or offering solutions to these professionals for their clients.
