Sam’s proud to be a first-generation Italian who learned English in the third grade with the help of her many Dr. Seuss books. Her family came to the United States in 1956 when her dad was in the Italian Air Force and came to work with NATO Forces. From her family, she learned that working very hard and giving back is very important in life. Sam has three grown daughters who make her very proud daily.

Tina and Tasha are veterans who serve as medics in the Army and were deployed to Iraq. Nicole’s an animal lover and an aspiring gourmet chef. Sam is also a true animal lover who’s extremely passionate about rescuing and fostering stray cats and dogs. She’s rescued hundreds of cats and dogs over the past 20 years and counting. Sam has volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Sacramento Juvenile Courts and the International Bird Rescue in Cordelia. She loves her clients, cooking, scuba, kayaking, skating, sushi and life! Sam goes the extra mile for her clients and for that, her clients love her!
