Well-versed in MCC products and downpayment assistance programs through the Washington State Housing Finance Commission, I educate homebuyers about these products at my weekly homebuyer classes at various libraries throughout King County. I also do weekly video updates on my blog www.ryanniles.com and teach Realtor lunch-and-learns on what's going on in the housing market.

I founded the Niles Group to better serve our clients who we are lucky enough to work with on a daily basis. I use my financial background to help my clients learn about how to structure and use their mortgage as a financial tool to increase their net worth over time.
