I am originally from New Jersey, but I've lived in Central Denver since 1998. And my wife grew up in Littleton, so we feel that we know these streets pretty well. Our clients seem to appreciate our knowledge of the city layout, cool neighborhoods/ones to avoid, commuting times, etc. Over the past few years, we have helped many good friends buy houses in the Baker Neighborhood. Back in 2008, we moved here ourselves, and we've been having the time of our lives... We're less than a 10 minute drive and bike ride from LoDo and have easy access to 6th Avenue, which allow us to get to the mountains and back quickly. We're less than 15 minutes from Red Rocks, Green Mountain and other popular Front Range venues and hiking and biking trails. We are less than 1 mile from a Light Rail station which gives us city wide public transportation access. Wash Park (one of Denver's most popular parks) is less than 2 miles away, and the number of restaurants & bars along South Broadway seem to grow every day!

We began buying property for ourselves in Summit County back in 2005. We were really tired of having to wake up earlier on the weekends than we did during the week to enjoy our mountain lifestyle. If anyone has been stuck on I-70 in a traffic jam on Sunday afternoon, we’re sure that you can relate to this... Once the floodgates opened, we quickly learned that many friends had this same issue, so we started helping clients purchase property up there as well. While we spend the majority of our time right now in Denver, we’re still up in Summit with clients 1-2 times per week.
