Kristen is quite possibly the hardest working, most knowledgeable person in real estate. She is a full-time professional, dedicated to excellence in all that she does. Armed with her General Contractor license and background in new home construction (she worked for two national builders prior to opening her own firm in 1998), she knows what to look for when building or buying a home or investment property to assure top quality - and a sound purchase. She is an active real estate investor and knows first hand how to maximize future income potential while minimizing risk. Kristen has quality contractor relationships that her clients put to good use (for example, laying hardwood or tile floors, installing granite countertops, painting, building sunrooms or screened in porches, repairing or replacing roofs, decks and windows, etc.) that help homeowners or investors build a great return on their investment. Helping her clients improve a property in a quality manner, at the lowest possible cost, is always a key goal for her.

Kristen has exemplary contract negotiating skills, and she says that "saving her clients money by giving them every, single, possible, edge and advantage" is always in the back of her mind. She has 20 years of knowledge and experience in the real estate field, which is crucial when solving problems that could potential delay or derail a sale. Many of her clients end up becoming dear friends, due to the trust she earns before, during and after the sale.
