Bruce Woodburn has lived in Central Florida since 1961. He grew up in Maitland, the son of a custom home builder, Ashley Woodburn. He is a graduate of Winter Park High and UCF. He started his lending career with Savings of America and in 1996 opened Spectrum International Mortgage Services. In 2009, Bruce took his team to Summit Mortgage, a national lender. His focus is on providing superior service to his valued clients and Realtor partners.
