We founded Oster & Fischer with one goal: to be financial advocates for our clients. Our services are designed to help our clients accomplish their financial goals, from Amanda developing custom financial plans to Stephan implementing those plans with professional investment managers. Because we accept new clients by referral only, we can devote our time and resources to providing high level service to our existing clients rather than on finding new clients.
Being Independent Financial Advisors allows us to make financial planning and investment management recommendations that are in your best interest, without pressure from a parent company to sell its proprietary products. Five Star Professional, as a third-party research firm, administered a survey, by mail and phone, to 1 in 4 high-net-worth households (over 68,500 consumers) and registered financial services representatives (over 7,500 financial services professionals) to evaluate the approximately 21,000 wealth managers in the Atlanta area (includes the cities of Barton, Carroll, Cherokee, Clarke, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, Dekalb, Douglas, Fayette, Floyd, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Hall, Henry, Jackson, Newton, and Rockdale; and Walton county in the state of Georgia). The evaluation was based on nine criteria, including customer service, integrity, knowledge/expertise, communication, value for fee charged, meeting of financial objectives, post sale service, quality of recommendations, and overall satisfaction. After review by a panel of local industry experts and a review of regulatory history, Five Star Professional determined the final list of 2011 Five Star Wealth Managers scoring highest in overall satisfaction and representing less than 7% of the wealth managers in the Atlanta area.
• Five Star Wealth Managers do not pay a fee to be included in the research or the final list of Five Star Wealth Managers.
• Only wealth managers with more than five years of experience in the financial services industry are considered.
• The overall evaluation score of a wealth manager reflects an average of all respondents and may not be representative of any one client's experience.
